She was the head trainer and box programmer for a CrossFit in Georgia for 12 years. She has personally trained hundreds of individuals as well as worked as a strength coach for a number of high school and club athletic teams. Helping people to be more fit, to be happier, to reduce injuries, to recover form injuries and to be better than yesterday is her goal. Christy is married and the mother of two boys. Her oldest son has autism. She is involved in many philanthropies. She is a healthy homemade home chef and loves to make her own flour for bread, make kefir and kombucha.
